They come with every tank at no extra cost. There is no cost for modules such as ammo racks, fuel tanks, optical devices and suspensions. sorry that and modules cost a mint and you have useless ones like radios and such :D tier 8 is top tier tank, i am not rich human who spend every tank 1000 gold. it will be very disappointing, every new tank you get basically just a new model with slight improvement, and winning is very hard unless you get premium sub.
